Warranty
Due to the nature of a dentist's work, we cannot offer refunds for work already completed. Dental work is laborious and expensive and is as much of a science as it is an art. We cannot control the treatment and condition of the work once the patient leaves the office. We typically warranty our work for 1 year, unless otherwise specified, if the patient remonstrates proper care, in office cleaning schedule, and home maintenance has been kept. If a patient is dissatisfied with their work, we will do our best to correct the problem within reason. If we cannot, we may offer a credit for a future procedure to be done.
